We keep all call records for as long as you need. If you want to delete calls, you can always do so.
Who has access to my recordings?
Reps have access only to their own calls, and sales leaders have access to all reps’ calls.
All calls are stored and protected using the best industry standards, so external parties can not access them.

Do you use a bot to record calls?
It’s up to you. You can choose to have a bot join your calls, or you can record through your browser, without a bot joining the meeting.
Which team members do I pay for?
We have a generous free plan which includes all of our core features, including recording and call feedback.
Growing teams can upgrade to get unlimited feedback and AI analysis across their calls. For these paid plans,
only users who record or upload calls are charged - viewers are always free.
